Making a Difference in the Body Of Christ
Elder La’Shonda Gardner was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Her dedication to Don Gardner, husband of 16 years and 3 wonderful children shows how she admires family values. Exhausted from lack of spiritual guidance and experiencing a sense of void drew her to accept Jesus Christ in her life on August 1, 1996. Shortly after, she joined Charity Church the Church That Christ Built under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Apostle Virges and Prophetess Brenda Pearson to teach her the ways of holiness. La’Shonda is a testament for her intense love for Christ, ministry, family and people in general.
Elder La’Shonda is a faithful leader in the churches Outreach Ministry. “Life Savers” share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost, dying world and encourage believers. We present Christ as a Living, Loving, Redeeming and Forgiving Lord, by our own testimony to draw souls to accept Jesus Christ in their lives. Life Savers does this by way of Street Ministry, Feeding the Less Fortunate and holding services at local Assistant Living Homes.

Fayetteville is home of one of the largest military instillations on the east coast. Life Savers are very active with care packages to our heroes overseas.
